This is a great, spirited reel.

EXERCISE 24
Read and play through the tune slowly until you are familiar with it. Then,
start by tapping your foot in a slow, even rhythm, and try to play the tune
keeping in time with your foot. As you learn the tune, gradually increase
your speed. This tune has many adjacent notes that are also adjacent in
pitch, which makes it somewhat hard to play on the whistle without them blending
together a bit. Make sure your note-to-note transitions are crisp, and you
hit each note at the right time. Continue until you have learned the tune
and can play it at a moderate speed.
